About Us
ZenFlow Yoga Studio was founded by Emma Reynolds, who discovered the transformative power of yoga after years of struggling with stress and burnout in the corporate world. Yoga became her path to balance and peace, inspiring her to become a certified instructor and share its benefits with others.
In 2020, Emma opened ZenFlow with the dream of creating a welcoming space for all—where movement and mindfulness could come together in a supportive community. Today, ZenFlow offers a range of classes, from dynamic flows to calming meditations, helping people find inner peace and well-being, just as yoga had done for Emma.

Get answers to common questions
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
We recommend bringing your own mat for comfort, but we also provide mats for rental at the studio.
I'm a complete beginner. Is ZenFlow for me?
Absolutely! We welcome all levels and offer beginner-friendly classes to help you feel comfortable and supported.
What should I wear to class?
When attending a yoga class, it is advisable to wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion, such as fitted leggings or shorts paired with a moisture-wicking top. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so no special footwear is needed.
Can I drop in for a class, or do I need to book in advance?
To ensure a spot in the class you desire, it's recommended to book in advance, although drop-in options may be available depending on the schedule.
How often should I practice yoga to see results?
To see meaningful results from your yoga practice, it is generally recommended to engage in sessions at least two to three times a week, allowing your body and mind to gradually adapt and flourish in their newfound strength and flexibility.
Even practicing 1-2 times a week can yield benefits, but for the best results, we suggest attending 3-4 classes a week.
